Explanation of Status Terms following the placement of an order on one of our dedicated club pages.

AWAITING FULFILMENT -Your order has been received and your payment processed. Your goods will be picked and sent for embroidery or printing.

PENDING - Your garments are in line for embroidery or other decoration.

SHIPPED - Your order has been sent out to you by either courier or first class post.

CANCELLED - Due to issues with your payment or lack of stock your order has been cancelled.

REFUNDED - Your payment has been refunded to your debit or credit card.


Please note that club orders have to be collated as individual garments cannot be sent for embroidery and at busy times of the year embroidery may take up to four weeks. However we will always aim to have your order with you as soon as possible, usually within fourteen days of receiving your payment(which is three business days after an order is placed).

We will always inform you if there is any problem with your order and are happy to track its progress for you at any time.
